I originally created this dressing to go with the Rueben slider sandwiches I made for a St. Patrick’s Day party. It was the perfect dressing to go with the warmed corn beef, sauerkraut and Swiss cheese on grilled marble rye bread. I also tried it on a hamburger and it was great. Yes, I know it’s not the “special sauce” you might be used to that goes with those two all beef patties, but it is pretty good.

Thousand Island Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Cup Ketchup
- 1/4 Cup Onion (finely chopped)
- 2 Medium Dill Pickles (finely chopped)
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
