This blue cheese dressing really ROCKS! This easy-to-make recipe makes a really rich, creamy and flavorful dressing that will wow your dinner guests who won’t believe you made it at home. After many revisions, I finally feel like I’ve achieved the best tasting homemade blue cheese dressing. The ingredients are simple and found in most everyone’s refrigerator. The key to this dressing is using a really good blue cheese.
It’s great on one of my favorite salads, the classic iceberg wedge, or as a dip for Buffalo chicken wings. It provides the perfect contrast to the fiery, spicy flavor of Buffalo sauce.
This recipe produces a chunky dressing, but if you prefer it creamier, you can put it in the food processor or blender to smooth it out. Either way, chunky or smooth, you will definitely enjoy this dressing.
