Years ago when I tended bar at a local TGIF’s in Wisconsin, there was a drink on the menu called the “Boston Tea Party”. TGIF’s still to this day serves a drink called the “Boston Tea Party”, but it is very different from the one I remember. The one I learned to make was served in a large snifter and had seven different liquors in it. We were only allowed to serve two of these drinks to any one person. The drink is basically a Long Island Iced Tea with several liqueurs added. It’s one of my favorite drinks because of the rich flavors the Tia Maria, Grand Marnier and Brandy add to it.
