These grilled French fries taste as good as they look. I love French fries and wanted an easier way to make them at home without having to pull out the deep fryer and all the mess that comes with it.
By grilling them we do not get them as crisp as deep frying, but the added flavor from the grill is a nice compromise. We can’t completely duplicate the potatoes fried in oil but we still can enjoy a flavorful and healthier French fry.
I do feel the key to good French fries, whatever your cooking method, is the seasoning. Many people just season them with salt, but I have always liked a good Seasoned Salt to add another dimension of flavor.

Ingredients
- 2 - 3 Large Russet Potatoes
- 1 Tablespoon Seasoned Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
