Garlic Bread November 11, 2013 by Garlic Bread Print recipe Print with all photos Print text only Ingredients 1 Mini Baguette (about 15 inches) 8 Tablespoons Butter (unsalted & room temperature) 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil 1 Clove Fresh Garlic (minced) 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder 1 1/2 Teaspoons Italian Seasoning 1/2 Teaspoon Salt Directions Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place butter, olive oil, fresh garlic, garlic powder, Italian seasoning & salt in a small bowl. Mix all ingredients until smooth. Cut baguette in half lengthwise and evenly spread butter mixture onto both halves of bread. Place bread in preheated 400 degree oven for 8 - 10 minutes. Cut garlic bread and serve. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese (optional).
